TCS-i Platform Updates: Q1 2026
Kicking off a Massive Year
As we enter 2026, the demand for high-performance computational logistics has never been higher. Over the last few months, our engineering team has been working closely with enterprise partners to identify the biggest bottlenecks in supply chain integrations.
Today, we are thrilled to announce a suite of massive upgrades to the TCS-i platform, designed to give you more control, faster response times, and a completely unified developer experience.
1. The Unified Token System
Previously, different modules within our ecosystem were tracked and billed independently. As our suite of API modules has expanded (from our core Packem engine to route optimization and load balancing), this fractured approach created friction.
Starting this quarter, we are rolling out the Unified Token System. Instead of tracking specific API requests per product, all computational tasks are now normalized into a single token metric. Whether you are running a simple weight-distribution check or a complex 3D cartonization payload, your consumption is drawn from a single, transparent token pool.
- Total Flexibility: Shift your usage between different API modules dynamically without needing to alter your subscription tier.
- Cost Transparency: Every API endpoint in our documentation now clearly lists its baseline token cost, so you can optimize your calls accurately.
2. Advanced Telemetry Dashboard
With a new token system comes the need for better monitoring. We have completely redesigned the TCS-i Portal (formerly the Client Console) from the ground up.
When you log in, you will now see a beautiful, dark-mode glassmorphic interface that provides real-time telemetry on your API usage. The new traffic analytics charts allow you to filter your token consumption over 7-day, 30-day, and yearly periods. We've also introduced proactive overage warnings, so your engineering team is immediately alerted if a deployment causes unexpected traffic spikes.
3. Expanded Global Endpoint Coverage
Milliseconds matter when you are processing thousands of shipments an hour. To better serve our global user base, we have deployed two new dedicated data clusters in Frankfurt (Europe) and Singapore (APAC).
Our API routing layer automatically detects the origin of your requests and routes your payload to the nearest geographical node. For our European and Asian clients, this update translates to an average 35% reduction in network latency on every call.
Looking Ahead
These foundational updates are just the beginning. The unified token system and expanded server infrastructure pave the way for our next major product announcement, coming later this spring.
If you have an active account, you can log in right now to experience the new TCS-i Portal and view your updated token limits.
