Engineering

Core Algorithm & Systems

"You dream in spatial geometry, graph traversal, and millisecond execution."

Core Activities

  • Engineering advanced spatial topology, Center of Gravity (CoG) physics, and 4D sequencing models.
  • Writing low-level, high-performance code (Python, C++, or Rust).
  • Scaling Google Cloud infrastructure to handle millions of stateless API requests with sub-200ms latency.

Leveling & Compensation

Competitive Salary + Equity. We hire at all levels (Junior to Principal). Your title and compensation are dictated entirely by your mathematical capability and coding speed.

Customer Success

Client-Facing Engineering

"You are the bridge between our pristine math and the client's messy reality."

Core Activities

  • Leading technical pilots and infrastructure onboarding with enterprise 3PLs and government border agencies.
  • Writing custom API middleware to connect legacy WMS/TMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder) to the TCS-i physics engine.
  • Debugging live floor operations, point-cloud payload schema errors, and network architecture.

Leveling & Compensation

Competitive Salary. We are looking for highly communicative hackers. If you can write a Python script to parse a messy XML feed while on a Zoom call with a client CTO, we want you.

Go-to-Market

Technical Sales & Growth

"You know how to sell ROI, not features. You speak the language of supply chain executives."

Core Activities

  • Hunting and closing enterprise fulfillment networks, aviation hubs, and global 3PLs.
  • Running historical order data through our simulation engine to build indisputable, mathematically proven ROI business cases.
  • Navigating complex enterprise procurement, strict IT security checks, and high-value pilot scoping.

Leveling & Compensation

Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission. We don't care about years of experience. If you can close technical B2B deals, you will write your own paycheck.
