Can You Trust Your SKU Dimensions?
Missing, placeholder and wrong-unit dimensions are why orders go in the wrong box, why carriers re-bill you, and why packing software gives odd answers. Drop in your product master export and see every SKU to fix, ranked by how many orders it touches, in under a minute.
Upload your product master
CSV or Excel, straight from your WMS. Everything is checked in your browser: nothing is uploaded.
Your item / product master export: one row per SKU with length, width, height and weight.
Optional: a few weeks of order lines (order ID, SKU, quantity). Ranks every problem by how many orders it touches.
Optional: your box list with inner dimensions. Finds SKUs that fit none of them.
What we check
Unit mix-ups are found from density: a product lighter than packing foam (under 10 g per litre) or heavier than solid glass (over 4 kg per litre) for its size. We then try the usual slips (×10, ×100, ×1000, inches, pounds) and suggest the one that makes the SKU look like the rest of your catalogue. Ready to pack means no problem of any kind.
Clean data doesn't stay clean. New SKUs arrive every week.
A free Control Hub account connects to your WMS in one click and runs these checks on every SKU as it's created, so a bad one is flagged before its first order is packed, not after the carrier re-bills you. When you're ready, the paid plan uses that clean data to tell packers the right box and item placement at scan time, in under 200 ms.
